bdpk Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdpk platform, including the website at bdpk.live, the bdpk mobile app, and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on bdpk, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with bdpk and confirming that you accept these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of bdpk, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone who downloads the bdpk app. If you are using bdpk on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

bdpk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of bdpk after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and play on bdpk, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bdpk does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.

Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

bdpk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable to verify your identity to bdpk's satisfaction, your account may be suspended or closed.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bdpk. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited. If bdpk identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your bdpk account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. bdpk cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

Your bdpk account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person. Allowing another person to use your account is a breach of these Terms.

• Keep your password private and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact bdpk support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change.

bdpk reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.

bdpk accepts deposits via bKash and other approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you — using someone else's payment method is not permitted.

Deposits on bdpk are credited to your account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases, bKash deposits are credited within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact bdpk support with your transaction reference number.

• Minimum deposit: As displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to limits set by bdpk and your payment provider.
• Currency: All transactions on bdpk are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Fees: bdpk does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

bdpk reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we have reason to believe is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the original payment source where possible.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals on bdpk are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.

Before processing a withdrawal, bdpk may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard procedure to protect against fraud and money laundering. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method.

• Minimum withdrawal: As displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Processing time: Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawals may take longer due to additional verification requirements.
• Pending bets: Funds that are tied up in active bets cannot be withdrawn until those bets are settled.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met.

bdpk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you and may request additional documentation.

bdpk offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus on bdpk, you agree to the applicable terms.

Wagering requirements: All bonuses on bdpk are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless bdpk explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• bdpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been claimed in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. bdpk may limit or exclude players from promotions at its discretion.

All games available on bdpk — including slots, live casino games, card games, and sports betting — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game.

bdpk uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in a studio environment and streamed to your device in real time. The outcome of all games is determined fairly and cannot be influenced by bdpk or any player.

• Bets placed after a game round has closed will be voided.

• Use a password that is unique to your bdpk account and not used on any other platform.
• Do not access your bdpk account from public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Be cautious of phishing attempts — bdpk will only contact you from official bdpk.live email addresses.

bdpk uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no system is completely immune to security risks. You play a role in keeping your account safe by following the guidelines above.

You may close your bdpk account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and your remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

bdpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reason to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• A player has engaged in prohibited activities as defined in Section 10.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bdpk reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

Nothing in these Terms limits bdpk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We collect personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the bdpk platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
